CUSTOMER ONBOARDING CALL
Your account rep will introduce you to our range of services, assist you in getting started, and ensure you have all the necessary information and support.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Execute a Purchase Agreement with the developer or private seller. This agreement outlines the terms, conditions, and agreed-upon price for the property.

FSA WITH LIVE BETTER MEXICO
Execute a financial services agreement (FSA) with Live Better Mexico, reflecting the terms of the agreement.

KYC VERIFICATION
Complete the necessary KYC (know your customer) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

DEPOSIT CRYPTOCURRENCY
Deposit the desired cryptocurrency into the Live Better wallet powered by the Bitso platform. Ensure that the amount covers the payment terms, Live Better’s service fees, and closing costs.

CRYPTOCURRENCY CONVERSION
Once the cryptocurrency is received in the Live Better exchange account, it will be converted into the national currency (MXN). The conversion is based on the current market price and a predetermined exchange rate.

TRANSFER TO CORPORATE PESOS ACCOUNT
The converted MXN funds will be transferred from Live Better’s wallet to our corporate account.

TRANSFER TO DEVELOPER/SELLER
After the MXN funds are in the Live Better Corporate Pesos account, the balance due will be transferred directly to the developer’s or seller’s personal or business account.
